At William Optics, we stand behind the precision and quality of our optical instruments, offering a 14-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. We are committed to ensuring your astronomical pursuits are supported by the finest gear and a seamless service experience.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the telescope or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all protective foam, manuals, and small components are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, as William Optics is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the optical integrity and condition of the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
